After you go through these start-up steps, start looking around on this site and use it frequently! There will be new content constantly added as we all continue to learn and develop!

FIRST 2 WEEKS:
In your first week as a Senegence Distributor, there are a few things that you’ll want to focus on.
📌Pick a date for your launch party ASAP and work with your upline to get it planned.
📌Keep In Contact with your upline, ask questions, we are here to help you succeed!
📌Follow these steps after you sign up on the sengence site with your sponsors ID and use their Square link to create your square account!
📌Change your retention level to “0” in your back office. This will ensure you receive checks instead of Senecash when you start getting paid bonuses.
📌Start your Facebook Group (don’t put “lip sense” in the name). Make your group “closed”! You’ll link a business page to it later.

📌Join helpful groups on Facebook: SeneGraphics – Distributors ONLY, SeneSisters Selfies!! ***Distributors ONLY*** Jenna’s Fab Squad, Jess’s Glamorous LipStick Messengers, 12 Days of Kissmas, 12 Days of Leaders
📌Place first 300PV order! In your first month only, you will get 50% off (highest discount level) any 300pv orders! Invest up front if you can to start making higher profits. Or get at least 6 collection pre- orders in your launch party and this will allow you to use your profit from your first orders to buy next order and not invest anymore of your own personal money! Don’t forget to get enough glosses! Every new girl will need to start with a gloss.
📌Buy tester wands in case your local friends want to try some of your own personal testers!
📌Create albums in your Facebook group with the color cards, glosses, shadow sense, skincare and tips and tricks. You can find lots of info on how to do this in the BRANDING trainings.
📌Post your inventory on your Facebook group or hold your launch party! Make sure you use pics of girls wearing the colors – different skin tones and hair colors so that people can see how it looks!
📌Post videos and pics of yourself wearing and demoing LipSense on your Facebook group. People want to see you! Do your first LIVE demo ASAP to get the jitters out. Live videos sell!

📌Time to prepare for delivering and shipping your orders while you’re waiting for your product to arrive!! 
📌Now is the time to order your business cards, application cards and Tips &Tricks cards to include with every order. You can design all of your own branded materials using Canva (on the web). Again – reference the branding training. You can also buy cute designs from Etsy that are digital downloads for about $6. Have them printed on double-sided 4×6 postcards from Vista Print! You can have some paper copies quickly printed in the meantime if you need to get a few of them out with your first orders quick!
📌In our back office you can also print how to apply LipSense instructions, under “Resources” tab, “marketing materials”, “product fliers and info” and PDF says “LipSense Application Instructions”.
📌You can get cute gift bags and organza bags 6×9 size on amazon and deliver your customers products in this cuteness! All about first impression! You can also get bubble mailers for shipping on Amazon. Picking out your packaging is a lot of fun, so be creative and go for a look that matches your “brand”! 
📌Buy a tripod for your phone and a small clip-on ring light (amazon) to make your LIVE videos! You will also want to find a place in your house that has a pretty/clean backdrop to create your little LIVE set! Lighting is EVERYTHING for videos! You want to show the products well!
📌Download Photofy, Facetune, perfect 365, wordswag and other apps to edit and add cute graphics to your selfies. Put what color you are wearing on each pic!
📌Start utilizing your back office and get familiar with it by going through all the resources and contests available! Log in to senegence with your new issued distributor ID and password!
📌Bookmark the Product Quick Order page on your computer and always keep it open! This will allow for faster ordering when you don’t have to log in. Just refresh the page instead. Also bookmark it and add a shortcut to the home screen of your phone!
📌Add your friends who you think would be interested in selling to our Behind The Scenes – Lip Sneak Peek group! Start generating interest ASAP so that when your customers get their orders they are already thinking about signing up to join your team!
FIRST 30 DAYS:
The first 30 days of a building your business are crucial to making a good impression on your customers, and laying the foundation for the next year!
💓 Figure out and write down your goals. Why did you start this business? What are you looking to get out of it? Where do you want to be after your first year?
💓 Share these goals with your upline and they will help you map out the road to accomplishing them.
💓 Create a business Facebook Page and link it to your closed Facebook selling Group. Your page will act more as your public store front. You will be able to sponsor adds on it and reach new customers!
💓 Create a business Instagram account (you can add a second account to your personal instagram and easily switch between) and then link that business Instagram account to your business Facebook Page.
💓 Start utilizing instagram and other social media apps/sites to build your business.
💓 Get familiar with Canva. It’s perfect to use for creating any type of branded content that looks professional. It can be used for daily facebook/instagram graphics, business cards, tips and tricks, cover photos, album covers, anything really! Use the pro version and you can upload your logo, brand colors and brand fonts that will easily populate into your new designs. Totally worth the $12!
💓 Track your 30-60-90 day fast start. The company provides an amazing opportunity for all new distributors to really JUMP START their new business and earn a ton of free products.
💓 Start making it a habit to check back in with each and every customer. Build relationships and provide that great customer service that is going to keep them coming back.
💓 Start learning the beauty book (download it from the right sidebar of this team training site) and each product line. The back office and different Facebook groups are full of product knowledge. It will be easier for you to sell a wider range of products if you know what you are talking about! You can choose one product a day and read up on it!
💓 Choose some type of personal development to start doing daily. There are lists of great podcasts and books that will help you get into the right mindset. Network Marketing is at least 80% mindset! Even starting your day with 15 minutes of personal development will totally change your mood and your productivity for the day. It helps with every aspect of your life!
💓 Make it a goal to read the Million Dollar Lips book that came in your welcome package. Joni Rogers Kante, the CEO and Founder of Senegence, has an incredibly powerful and inspiring story. Know what this company is all about and feel good that you are now a part of it!
